Where can I rent equipment?

What is the tax incentive for working with a Qualified Production Facility (QPF)?
LUMBERYARD STUDIOS is proud to be a New York State QPF. The Governor’s Office of Motion Picture & Television Development — which manages the QPF program — provides film, TV, and commercial production and post-production tax credits for qualified expenditures in New York State. Working with us allows clients to take advantage of New York’s highly-competitive Film Tax Credit Program, which currently offers as much as 40% break on labor (45% on post) for production.
